Gigbus Ticket Information

Your confirmation of booking e-mail is your ticket.  Please retain this and present it to the driver as proof of booking.

Cancellation policy for concerts and events: 

In the event that less than eight ticket holders wish to travel, this coach will not run. We will notify you at least 7 days prior to travel, and a full refund will be issued upon presentation of your travel ticket.

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the date of the event, we will charge an administration fee of $10.00 per seat and refund you the remaining amount upon presentation of your travel ticket.

If you cancel your booking in the 7 days before the date of the event, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee and refund you the remaining amount upon presentation of your travel ticket.

Payment of your bookings are to be made at the time of booking.

If the event, or concert is cancelled by the organisers, Gigbus ticket holders will receive a full refund of the Gigbus ticket price.
